The Shorelines project evolved from photographic explorations along coastal edges documenting places close to home. I became interested in recording images of current geographical, social, cultural, historical, and ecological conditions. As this project grew, I realized I was projecting my narratives onto what I encountered, as if the world were my stage. These thoughts revolved around migrations, transitory moments, and shared landscapes.
